Our return policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lordstone purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and without fuss.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page before purchasing.
How to Return
Email us at returns@lordstone.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (UK customers only).
Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail collection point.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Lordstone is not responsible for items lost in transit.
